                Expanding TAP Systems: Optimizing Certification


                                       To encourage farmer participation in TAP system, the AFA
                                     continues to enhance its traceability information system for greater
                                     user convenience. The agency offers subsidies to reduce farmers’
                                     costs related to certification, product testing, wages of temporary
                                     data entry workers, and equipment needed for group certification
                                     such as computers and barcode machines. The AFA also provides
                                     education and training to improve the quality of guidance offered
                                     by traceability instructors.


                Increasing Consumer Confidence: Building a Trusted Supply Chain


                To strengthen consumer confidence in TAP system, the AFA segmenting marketing of TAP
              certification products by establishing priority auction mechanisms and dedicated trading areas
              in wholesale markets. The agency helps connect food processors and corporate catering
              services to connect with TAP suppliers. Through marketing and promotional activities, the AFA
              works to increase public awareness and support for traceability, building a safe and trusted
              agricultural supply chain nationwide.
