              Using Domestically Produced Traceable Ingredients:
              Ensuring Campus Food Safety



                The AFA promotes the use of ingredients carrying
              Organic, TAP, or CAS certification marks, or those with
              traceability agricultural and food product QR Code in school
              lunches to ensure food traceability on campus. The agency
              also promotes domestic soy milk in schools, supplying organic
              or TAP-certified products that provide students with high-
              quality plant-based protein. Additionally, through a dedicated
              online platform, the AFA offers schools a selection of TAP-
              certified rice for schools to purchase, improving the quality of
              rice used in school meals. The agency will continue to
              strengthen the use of certified agricultural products in school
              lunches, expand the range of traceable ingredients on campus,
              and foster low-carbon dietary habits among students.
