Taiwan’s Agricultural Tapestry
農村酒莊 自 2003 年政府開放民間製酒以來,農糧
署積極推動農業轉型,利用國產農糧作物釀造
高品質農村美酒,提高農產品附加價值。農村
酒莊結合地方人文與自然環境,吸引特色原料
產區農民組織加入,目前通過評鑑的酒莊有 10
家,年製酒量約13.7萬公升,產值逾1.13億元。
臺灣農村美酒在國際酒類競賽中屢獲大獎肯
定,建立了精緻品牌形象。
Since the liberalization of private wine production in 2003, the Agriculture and Food Agency
has actively promoted agricultural transformation by supporting the production of high-quality
wines from local crops, adding value to agricultural products. This initiative has attracted farmers’
organizations from areas known for specialty crops to establish rural wineries that blend local
culture and natural environment. Currently, ten wineries have passed our evaluation, producing
approximately 137,000 liters annually with a value exceeding 113 million NTD. Taiwan's rural
wines have garnered multiple international awards, establishing a brand image for quality and
refinement.
