農糧署辦理茶園新植計畫、擴大國內茶
葉經營規模，輔導建置衛生安全製茶廠，透
過建立集團化、規模化之優質茶產業，推動
茶葉有機驗證及產銷履歷驗證，指定國產茶
葉為應登錄溯源資訊 (QR Code) 之農產品，

有效區隔國產與進口茶，並發展各地特色茶
品，藉由特色茶評鑑競賽及多元化茶品研
發，符合消費者需求，及增加茶農收益。

The Agriculture and Food Agency implements
programs to encourage tea planting, expand
domestic tea operations, and improve processing
standards. We support the establishment of safe
and hygienic tea processing facilities and promote
organic and traceability certification systems by
consolidating tea producers into larger groups,
enabling standardized practices and high-quality
production at scale.

All domestically produced tea must now
bear a QR Code for traceability information,
helping consumers distinguish domestic tea
from impor ts. We also suppor t the
development of specialty teas across Taiwan,
organize evaluation competitions, and
encourage research into diversified tea
products to meet consumer preferences and
increase tea farmers' income.
