臺灣素有水果王國美稱，擁有絕佳地
理環境及氣候條件，加上先進的農業栽培
技術，全年皆可生產各種優質、安全水果，
國內果樹之生產涵蓋熱帶、亞熱帶及溫帶
水果，栽培種類達 30 餘種，產區遍佈全國，

近年栽培面積逾 17.3 萬公頃，產量約 240
萬公噸，產值近 1,012 億元。
為拓展內外銷市場，以鳳梨、芒果、

香蕉、荔枝、柑橘、木瓜、番石榴、鳳梨
釋迦、蓮霧、紅龍果等具競爭力之水果，
建構由產至銷之完整供應鏈，穩定國產水
果量質，增加農民收益。

Famed as the "Kingdom of Fruits," Taiwan leverages its excellent geographical and climatic
conditions and advanced agricultural cultivation techniques to produce safe, high-quality fruits
year-round. The country produces over 30 species of tropical, subtropical, and temperate fruits
across 173,000 hectares, yielding approximately 2.4 million tons annually with a value of nearly
101.2 billion NTD.

To expand domestic and foreign markets, a comprehensive supply chain from production
to sales has been established for competitive fruits such as pineapple, mango, banana, lychee,
citrus, papaya, guava, atemoya, wax apple, and dragon fruit. This system helps to stabilize the
quantity and quality while improving farmers’ income.
