Hsin Chien Kun Rice Milling Factory, originally located at Yuli Township

of Hualien County, has been devoting in rice processing industry for

generations. Our family members have been highly interested rice

processing technologies. In consideration of taking care of rice farmers,

we decided to expand our factory and move to Guanshan Township of

Taitung County to serve the farmers. We have gained deep trust and

close cooperation from local farmers. In recent years, the consumer

market is changing, and the factory operation must be adjusted to

follow the trend. Guanshan is located at the south of the East Rift

Valley, north to Chihshang, and south to Luyie. People nationwide and

the Agriculture and Food Agency (AFA) all recognize that the rice

farmlands in Guanshan is pollution-free and the climate is ideally

suitable for establishment of Specialized Rice Production and
