提 升 了 稻 米 的 品 質 。 本 專 業 區 所 生 產 之 優 質 米 ， 於 出 貨 時 皆 歷 經 食 味 值 分 析

檢 測 、 分 級 碾 製 、 分 級 包 裝 、 分 級 銷 售 等 層 層 把 關 ， 確 保 品 質 ， 以 期 能 讓 消

費 者 買 得 放 心 、 吃 得 安 心 。 專 業 區 不 僅 於 2007 年 通 過 TAP 驗 證 ， 更 於

2007、 2008、 2009 連 續 三 年 榮 獲 全 國 十 大 經 典 好 米 殊 榮 ， 獲 獎 的 肯 定 更 加

印 證 了 專 業 區 對 品 質 的 用 心 與 堅 持 。 稻 穀 收 穫 後 全 程 採 用 低 溫 儲 存 ， 土 壤 及

水 質 皆 通 過 重 金 屬 檢 測 。 是 極 為 健 康 、 安 全 的 農 產 品 。

In Hong-Tian Rice Specialized Production and Marketing Area, we work

with contract farmers to produce high-quality rice. From monitoring of

water quality, procurement and selecting of rice varieties, collective

seedling raising and procurement of organic fertilizers, effective

prevention and safety control of diseases and pests, all production

processes are under strict control. Members of the Specialized Area

interact on site to manage rice farming and immediately report the

information about the growth of rice and record production of rice in

details and accurately. In addition, members share their experiences

with each other and discuss about the difficult problems with field
