農糧署為帶動農糧產業永續發展，生產讓消
費者安心之農產品，針對國內重要農糧產業提供
多元面向之輔導與支持，推行綠色環境給付政
策，以堆疊式給付作法，逐步調整稻米產業結
構；透過加強保護種苗產業、導入設施及集團生
產，推廣友善環境肥料及自動化生產技術，建置

完善冷鏈供應體系，確保供貨品質、拓展內外銷
市場，強化農糧產業之競爭力；透過溯源管理落
實安全農業、引導農民投入產銷履歷、有機及友
善環境耕作，並辦理田間及集貨場等生產端農產
品抽驗，為消費者把關；輔導加工單位導入現代
化加工技術進行加值，產製具新穎性、市場區隔

性之農糧加工品，以達穩定產銷及促進農產業升

Message from the Director General

The Agriculture and Food Agency (AFA) is committed to developing sustainable agriculture
while ensuring the quality and safety of agricultural products for consumers. Our agency
provides comprehensive guidance and support across key domestic agricultural sectors through
initiatives like the Green Environmental Payment Program, which gradually optimizes the rice
industry’s structure using a cumulative grant system. To strengthen the agriculture sector, we
enhance seedling industries protection, promote facility-based and cluster production, advance
eco-friendly fertilizers and automated production technologies, and develop comprehensive
cold-chain supply systems. These efforts ensure product quality, expand market access
domestically and internationally, and enhance the competitiveness of the agricultural sector.
We ensure agricultural safety through traceability management, supporting farmer
participation in the TAP certification system, and promoting organic and eco-friendly farming.
We also conduct regular sampling and testing of agricultural products from production sites,
including fields and packing houses, to ensure consistent compliance for consumers.

We support processing facilities in adopting modern technologies that create innovative
and market-distinctive products. This value-added approach stabilizes production and sales,
helping advance Taiwan’s agricultural industry.
